Mississippi territorial waters opened to catch-and-release fishing

The Mississippi Department of Marine Resources and the Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality on July 20 reopened Mississippi’s territorial marine waters to live-bait shrimping and recreational catch-and-release hook and line fishing in areas previously closed due to the BP Deepwater Horizon oil spill.
