Users are expected to conduct themselves respectfully. While we encourage debates, such discussions should remain respectful and not be offensive. Obscene, vulgar, sexually oriented, hateful, threatening, racial or otherwise offensive language will not be tolerated. Likewise, personal attacks are not allowed on the site, and will be removed immediately upon discovery.

All posts, comments, photographs and classifieds are subject to editing or deletion at the sole discretion of the MS-Sportsman.com administrators and/or moderators. All threads can be locked at the discretion of MS-Sportsman.com administrators and/or moderators.

MS-Sportsman.com reserves the right to remove any user for any reason.

Although the administrators and moderators of MS-Sportsman.com will attempt to keep all objectionable messages off this forum, it is impossible for us to review all messages. All messages express the views of the author, and neither Louisiana Publishing nor its administrators or moderators will be held responsible for the content of any message, public or private.

All such disputes are the sole responsibilities of those involved in the transaction in question, and MS-Sportsman.com will not mediate any disputes.

NOTE: MS-Sportsman.com advises our users to proceed with caution whenever purchasing items from the classified section, and encourages review of said product before any money exchanges are made. We discourage the use of any wire services or holding companies for payments, as this is a common tactic used by scammers. Users are encouraged to report the screen name of suspected scammers to Andy Crawford. While MS-Sportsman.com administrators do all possible to keep the site free of such scammers, it is the sole responsibility of the user to guard against fraud. MS-Sportsman.com nor its parent company will be held responsible for any transaction.

Of course, any user suspected of abusing the classified system can and will be banned from the site.
