Two methods for freezing fish fillets

If you watch my videos, then you know I’m a catch-and-release kinda guy, but every once in awhile I do keep and eat fish, and sometimes find it necessary to store speckled trout fillets (or redfish, flounder, etc.)

For years I used the old archaic method of freezing them in water in Ziploc bags, but today I use a vacuum sealer.

In this video, you will see both methods. I’ll leave it to you to decide which one is best.
