G3 Sportsman 19

G3’s Sportsman 19 is a big boat that comes with a Yamaha outboard up to 150 horsepower.

The Sportsman 19 bass boat is a new offering from G3 Boats for 2017. It is a complete package that includes features fishermen want and exceeds the expectations of many. The Sportsman 19 begins with lots of deck space in an excellent layout and adds enough storage to turn the heads of fishermen everywhere. The custom-painted, Red/Silver or Blue/Silver color schemes are head turners, but so are the Mossy Oak® Break-up or Shadowgrass camo options.

At 19-foot-10, the Sportsman is a large boat. The beam measures 92 inches, and combined with the length makes for a stable platform. Beginning with a plus-size front casting deck, the Sportsman 19 sets the tone for exceeding expectations. There are huge, lockable storage boxes and an extra-large organized rod locker beside the bow fishing location. For those who like support while fishing, the package includes a comfortable, pedestal high-back chair. Nice touches abound, as the trolling motor foot control is recessed, and even the step to the bow casting deck includes a drainable cooler and extra storage area.

There are two more tackle storage boxes on the stern casting deck beside the 33-gallon, divided livewell. Small storage areas are under the seats for quick, easy access to small items.

The Sportsman 19 is a package that comes well-equipped. Being a Yamaha company, the power options are Yamaha outboards, including the VF150 SHO, which reaches top speeds exceeding 50 mph. Other standard features include: Faria gauges, a three-bank battery charger, a Garmin Striker 5, GPS color fish finder w/ DownVu sonar, a bow-mounted Garmin Striker 4 color GPS unit, and a Minn Kota 24 Volt, 70-pound thrust Maxxum trolling motor.
