Anglers will once again have the chance to target greater amberjack (Seriola dumerili) starting this weekend.
The recreational fishing season for greater amberjack will open in Mississippi territorial waters on August 1, 2014 at 12:01 a.m.
The opening of this season is issued under the authority of Section 49-15-15 (1) (a) (2009), of the Mississippi Code.
