Registration is now open for the first annual KYSEK Kayak Series (KKS) Fishing Tournament, Oct. 3, 2020 at the Pontchartrain Yacht Club in Mandeville, La.
The KKS is a redfish, speckled trout and bass tournament confined to St. Tammany, Tangipahoa, St. Bernard, Orleans, Jefferson, St. John and St. Charles Parish public waters. The event is for anglers of all ages and experience levels. Cash prizes will be awarded to each fishing division winner and one grand prize winner will take home a KYSEK K12 Kayak. As part of the event, KYSEK will host its First Annual KYSEK Kayak Series Gala, supporting the Louisiana Wildlife and Fisheries Foundation and Dose of the Coast, a nonprofit dedicated to providing fishing trips and coastal adventures for individuals and families who have been impacted by life-altering illness.
