Looks like posting has not caught on here yet. But no I have not seen any geese to worry with. Besides that, if you do not have a couple of grand worth of decoys you will be peeing in the wind! I love goose hunting myself but I can not afford a snow spread like I need. I have speck deeks but the season is closed! Creeping may be your best bet! And that too seems to be hard to do nowadays! Geese are lighting in the middle of fields more than on the rows it seems.......... Educated!

between me and deadduck30 we have probably more decoys than your average outfitter, we were looking for somebody who may have large numbers of geese. We'd be glad to take anyone on a hunt, we just havent been seeing the number of geese we were earlier in the season

If your a rag hunter.... You can put those things out yourself.Ive logged many hours doing that and I say NAH!!!! But if your talking 2-3 grand worth of full bodies-sillys-socks-or shells etc I may just believe you! I have a place that may be holding some. Let me know the numbers of deeks you have and we may get those powerhunters muddy !!!!! I will have to make a call! Then you can buy the blinds when we leave! LOL speckulator on MSDucks

I personally have about 20 dozen carrylite snows,2 dozen sport plast snow shells, 3 dozen blue shells, 20 or so dozen silohouette snows (sp???) a layout,2 or 3 dozen speck shells (although I realize white fronts are closed), a dozen and a half full body canada, no telling how many floater canadas, 2 e-callers, about 5 dozen greenhead gear hot buy snow shells, blind grass, 10 or so snow kites, what else do I need. It takes me and deadduck30 about 2 to 2.5 hours to set up. just tell me when and where, only problem I have is getting all I need into my pick up. Me and Bigwater from ducksouth went saturday, he can verify.

Sounds like that will do the trick! I made a call today. Got to wait and see when he drives by the property to see whats coming in..... Its been hit and miss this season.... Hopefully they are there. It is around Leland..... We usually hunt there over speck deeks and easily get our birds and a few snows and blues. But a large spread will be the trick... Let you know if I can come through......... I have four layouts to use too....

There are not enough geese to fool with on the land I was telling you about. Sorry.... Looks like other places are the same that I know of..... Tough luck!

I think with the warm weather combined with the fact all the fields are drying up enough to get farm implements on and farmers are harvesting all the beans that were left unharvested the season is about over. If anybodys got any decent number of geese they need killed, feel free to contact me.
