Juicy deer smash burgers

The Bearded Butchers attempt to make the juiciest deer burgers they’ve ever had. They make them with Wagyu Beef fat trimmings. The final ratio on their burger is 80/20. They mix 2.5 pounds of Wagyu fat trimmings with 25 pounds of their favorite protein and grind. You can use venison like deer or elk, regular beef, or whatever you’d like. After the grind, just ball them up and go smash them on your favorite griddle!
