I had been getting night time pictures only of a nice South Pearl River County 10 pointer.
On Dec 29, I finally saw him chasing a big doe at 10am. Missed him at 175 yards as he was chasing. He wouldn’t stop with me calling and whistling. He acted like he never heard the shot. I had missed my opportunity at this nice buck. I was very disappointed. About 15 minutes later here comes that doe with the buck in tow. I was blessed with the a second chance and I was able to make the best of my second chance. He still wouldn’t stop even with hollering at him. Had to make my shot with him moving.
