BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – Many of the Bassmaster Classic competitors made long runs into the Coosa River north of Lay Lake during the official practice period, which ran from Friday (Feb. 12) through Sunday (Feb. 14), in hopes of finding warmer water and active bites.
