First place in the typical youth division went to Hayden Middleton for the Yazoo County buck he killed on Nov. 14. The deer had a 146 3/8 net
First place in the typical female division was awarded to Josephine Howard. Her buck had a net of 150 3/8 and was taken Dec. 16 in Leflore County.
Maleeda Martin took first place in the non-typical female division for her buck killed on Dec. 18 in Copiah County. It netted 161.875.
First place in the typical archery division went to Stephen Keen, who took this 149 3/8 net buck in Warren County on Oct. 19.
Thad Greer took first place in the non-typical archery division with this buck which netted 148 1/8 and was killed on Oct. 4 in Claiborne County.
Trey Renfroe won first place in the typical male category for his Yazoo County buck taken on Nov. 21 and netting 164 3/8.
Will Wessinger was awarded first place in the non-typical youth category for the Humphreys County buck he took on Jan. 2 which netted 163 2/8.
The Mississippi Sportsman’s Big Buck Bounty winners have been announced, and the awards ceremony was a real testament to the quality deer found in the Magnolia state.

• Kenny Watkins – non-typical male, 183 5/8
• Stephen Keen – typical archery, 149 3/8
• Maleeda Martin – non-typical female, 161 7/8
• Josephine Howard – typical female, 150 3/8
• Trey Renfroe – typical male, 164 3/8
• Will Wessinger – non-typical youth, 163 2/8
• Hayden Middleton – typical youth, 146 3/8
