Tackle management is one of the most unspoken yet important aspects of fishing. People tend to put most of their emphasis on products that physically catch the fish such as rods, reels, and lures. How they organize and store those lures is commonly overlooked, but just as important.
Fishing entrepreneur Caleb Sutton was frustrated with the current tackle box options on the market, so he developed what he claims to be the most advanced and durable tackle system yet. With many years of design, research and development, the 25-year-old entrepreneur has released the BUZBE Colony 28 Modular Tackle Box.
Pick the layout that works for you
With the use of industrial strength materials and military grade latches, you should never have to worry about durability issues again. These boxes are stackable, waterproof, and feature modular, rust resistant internal bins. The use of a waterproof gasket in combination with vapor corrosion inhibitors molded into the plastic helps prevent rust and elongates the life of your tackle. With five different sized internal bins, BUZBE allows you to create an unlimited amount of layouts for the most custom and efficient layout possible.
After extensive online research and reading many reviews, Sutton discovered that fishermen everywhere were complaining about the same problems. Sutton said the latches would break, the hinges would break, and he hated the dividers on the tackle boxes he was previously using.
“It never made sense to me and my buddies why we were spending hundreds of dollars on tackle and putting it inside of these low quality boxes,” he said.
Sutton wanted a tackle box that he could customize to his needs, protect his tackle, and be durable enough to last for years of fishing. The BUZBE Colony 28 fulfills the need for a high quality tackle tray, which was not previously offered.
BUZBE currently offers the Colony 28, with outside dimensions measuring 9” x 14” x 2”. This is the same size as the commonly used 3700 series.
