The 2011 Bassmaster Classic field of 51 anglers was finalized Saturday (Nov. 6) when South Carolina’s Ryan McMurtury won the Bassmaster Weekend Series Championship to score the final Classic berth. Joining him will be two Mississippi anglers: Petal’s Cliff Pace and Laurel’s Paul Elias.

Mike Monju and his buddies have hunted Panther Swamp National Wildlife Refuge for several years, so they didn’t have to think too hard about where to set up when they hit the woods early Oct. 30.
